Large-format industrial FDM printer built for factory-floor tooling.
The Stratasys F870 reliably produces large, strong, accurate tooling, fixtures, jigs and manufacturing aids — in-house and on demand. With the longest fully heated build chamber on the market, three new N-style print heads and up to two weeks of continuous unattended printing, the F870 turns weeks-long tooling lead times into days.

Jigs, fixtures & EOAT
Replace outsourced CNC or welded tooling with in-house production. Print large jigs, fixtures and end-of-arm tooling in days instead of weeks.

Four 4100 cm³ spools with automatic changeover support up to two weeks of continuous printing — start Friday, return to finished tooling.
Nylon 12CF & N-heads
N14 for fine ASA/ABS-M30 work, N20H hardened for Nylon 12CF, N25 high-speed for ASA up to 2× throughput. Tool-free head swaps.
Built-in material drying
Regenerative dryer bays keep filament dry on the factory floor — fewer failed builds and less operator intervention.
Large print capacity
Build volume 1000 × 610 × 610 mm, diagonal up to 1171 mm, fully heated chamber at 95 °C for dimensionally stable large parts.
Manufacturing-floor ready
MTConnect for smart-factory integration, GrabCAD Print and Insight for multi-shift job management. Mobile monitoring included.
Three print heads for every tooling need
- N14: fine resolution for ASA and ABS-M30 (0.178 / 0.254 / 0.330 mm).
- N20H: hardened tip for Nylon 12CF (0.25 mm).
- N25: high-speed ASA up to 2× throughput (0.33 mm). Match the head to the job on the same machine.
