Extremely high productivity

 

The Tritone Dominant's unique 6-platform design allows printing processes to run in parallel, with an impressive throughput of more than 1600 cm³ per hour. 

Each platform works completely independently, allowing multiple jobs to be produced simultaneously and individual platforms to be easily removed – without interrupting the process. 

The result: the power of six machines in one system, maximum flexibility and significantly shorter time-to-market.

Powder-free and safe work

 

With the MoldJet® technology, working with loose metal powder and the associated health and safety risks is a thing of the past. It paste-based process makes handling easier, reduces emissions and cleanup, and creates a clean and safe working environment. 

In addition, operating costs are reduced because expensive protection and extraction systems are no longer necessary.

AI-powered quality control in real-time

 

Thanks to optical inspection supported by AI, each layer is precisely checked for deviations from the desired model. 

Erroneous layers are automatically removed and reapplied, minimizing waste and rework. 

This smart, adaptive quality management guarantees consistently high-quality and fully reproducible parts, regardless of the production batch.

Large material variation

 

The Tritone Dominant metal printer supports a broad spectrum of metal and ceramic materials, such as titanium, stainless steel, copper and tool steels, as well as technical ceramics. 

Changing is easy via sealed paste cartridges , for clean and completely contamination-free material management. This flexibility allows the system to be quickly adapted to a variety of applications – from lightweight components to wear-resistant tools – without the need for a system change.

Excellent density and detail resolution

 

Thanks to more than 99% material density and precision control of layers up to 25µm, the Dominant delivers parts with properties comparable to MIM or conventionally manufactured materials. 

The parts are characterized by high strength, minimal porosity and excellent surface quality – perfect for applications in aerospace, medical technology and high-performance industry.

Efficient post-processing workflow

 

Thanks to the MoldJet® process green parts stable and break-resistant, which considerably simplifies handling during demoulding and finishing. In the integrated low-temperature demolding module, the parts are chemically released, creating clean, residue-free components that can be sent directly to the sintering process. 

This automated post-processing shortens process times, reduces personnel costs and makes the transition from prototyping to series production smooth and efficient.
