P3™ Deflect 110: production parts for automotive, transport and industry

P3™ Deflect 110 is an engineering resin for the Origin® P3™ DLP workflow, including the Origin Two. With a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 110°C (230°F), the material retains its shape, stiffness, and mechanical performance even at elevated temperatures.

The resin is designed for functional end-use parts and production applications where performance and durability matter more than simply producing a prototype. Think of parts for the automotive and transport sector, industrial components, housings, fixtures, and other applications that need to withstand demanding conditions.

Its high stiffness delivers structural strength and good dimensional stability. P3™ Deflect 110 also offers strong chemical resistance to oils, solvents, fuels, and industrial chemicals. The material remains stable even under prolonged UV exposure, such as in applications exposed to direct sunlight.
